The ‘Experience’ Transformation
Where Revelation Stands Now
Worcester | June 2020
Revelation is built upon the foundation of “Creating exceptional experiences while building relationships and serving others.” That still holds true for us in a post-pandemic world, although the ‘experience‘ has transformed and taken on new meanings.
‘Experience’: Live Events
‘Experience‘ used to denote live events. In a pre-pandemic time, after countless planning and creative meetings, Revelation used to load up the gear, including audio, video, and lighting equipment, and haul it off to various locations around the country for corporate conferences, business meetings, graduations, fundraisers, galas, and the like. Always on the move.
In over twenty years of producing live events, we’ve formed strong relationships with so many partners who count on us, year after year, to make their events monumental! Because of these wonderful partnerships, Revelation has been able to support charitable causes and give back to our community in so many different ways. As a faith-based company, it’s always been an honor to serve others.

‘Experience’: Virtual and Alternative Events
Beginning in March, for approximately three months, a great majority of the country and economy has been shut down due to the health risks posed by COVID-19. Live events have come to a halt. Fast forward to June, 2020. Businesses are beginning to re-open again, but the allowance for group events is still in the far future.
Despite the challenges put forth by safety guidelines, businesses still have a need to communicate and collaborate. Churches still have a need to conduct service. Schools still have a need to perform graduation ceremonies. Revelation is still here to answer those calls.
Recently, Revelation has been honored to host numerous graduation celebrations and alternative events.
• We located an LED video wall in the center of Holden to honor each graduate from Wachusett Regional High School and lit up the school building with their spirit colors.
• We provided an LED video wall for both Doherty Memorial High School and Shrewsbury High School rolling graduation rallies.
• We produced a drive-in graduation for the Nativity School of Worcester.
• We lit up multiple fire stations in honor of International Firefighter Day in conjunction with the National Fallen Figherfighter Foundation.
• We hosted a virtual graduation for the Boston Arts Academy in our studio.
• We hosted a virtual fundraising event for Open Sky in our studio.
• Revelation also had the honor and privilege of producing and live streaming the UMass Medical School Commencement that allowed 135 graduating doctors to enter the front-line work force amidst the pandemic.
So, while the traditional ‘experience‘ has changed from live events to virtual and alternative events, Revelation has continued to uphold its motto of ‘Creating exceptional experiences while building relationships and serving others.’
‘Experience’: Technology Integration
It’s also noteworthy to mention that ‘experience‘ doesn’t stop at events. Revelation brings our knowledge and experience of audio visual equipment to churches, schools, and businesses through technology installations and integrations. Revelation works to partner with only the best audio visual manufacturers and distributors. We’ve created a portfolio of product offerings to accommodate all types of client needs and budgetary blueprints.
Although we began expanding into this business prior to the shut down, it became apparent that these services were in high demand still, despite the hits to the economy. Churches, especially, need ways of live streaming their worship and messages to reach their communities at home. They need things like cameras and switchers, microphones, and lighting. Revelation is able to satisfy those needs. And, as venues begin to re-open, the demand for thermal fever scanners will emerge. Revelation is ready.
Revelation’s five-star service ‘experience‘ includes consultation, installation, and after-purchase support. Through these installations and integrations, Revelation continues to build lasting relationships with our clients.

‘Experience’: Collaboration
Collaboration is a term used to describe Revelation’s working relationships with partners and clients. Revelation has recently renovated a collaboration studio space at its Worcester headquarters. The space offers a tailored ‘experience‘ for those who wish to host virtual events or produce photo/video projects. Depending on the specifications of the project, the studio comes equipped with all of the audio, video, lighting, cameras, jib, green screen, and control room technicians that could be needed. The collaboration studio is also equipped with snacks, and of course, a health safety station! Revelation is there to provide full support and ensure an ‘exceptional [collaboration] experience, while building relationships and serving others.’

In short, Revelation is built on a solid, diversified, foundation. We’ve gleaned the knowledge from two decades of experiences and adjusted those capabilities to accommodate the ‘new normal’ of today’s business world. Moving forward, we’re adapting to change and adhering to new guidelines.

We’re incorporating some of the tools we have, such as the LED Video Trailer, and providing new services, like Outdoor Movie Night events for cities and towns as they begin to reconnect with their communities. As we wait for live events to be possible again, we’ll continue to support our partners and clients with exceptional experiences, continue to build relationships, and continue serving others.
